John's hair has been out of control for some time now. We've tried to tame it--unsuccesfully--so yesterday I called in the troops (my mom) to come over and do the deed.
I really have been postponing the first haircut but if we let his hair just "be" it ends up looking like this....a hairstyle reminiscent of Kramer from Seinfeld. Even John looks terrified by his own appearance. And might I add--there is no "product" in his hair. You are seeing it au naturale.
I had to face reality: my dear child was starting to look ridiculous.
So we set him up in the Bumbo. Goin' to the barber shop! Yipee!
See he's happy about the haircut because he knew he was starting to look silly.
