Well, word on the street is that Prince Charles and Camilla are visiting Philly this weekend. Kyle and I have been practicing our curtsies and bows and we're headed out to stalk Chuckie and Cam!
Not sure why they chose Philly? Part of their tour here will include a visit to West Philly which we know is not the Princely-est of Philadelphia hotspots. If those two had read my blog a few days ago titled The Buffer O' Crazy they might have adjusted their agenda a bit. It was unclear if eating cheesesteaks was part of the plan but the owner of Pat's Steaks (one of the famous cheeseteak joints) had already prepared a "royal cheesesteak" composed of all sorts of offensive non-cheesesteak items like arugula and goat cheese....or something to that nature....and declared he would personally deliver it on a silver platter with white gloves.....okaaaaay?
Tomorrow Chuckster and Cam are headed to New York by (hold your breath for this one) TRAIN! Yes, they're taking the train from 30th street station....just like little commoner me! If the train's good enough for Lori Bethancourt, it's good enough for them.
Royal work must not be paying well these days?
