Recipes, Row Houses, & Squigglyvision

I have been really bummed about misplacing my recipe binder with all my favorite recipes (including the famous cookie recipe). I've been without the binder for 2 months, unable to cook all our favorite meals. I figured it must be in a box that I put at my parents house for storage. Today was a a great day because I FOUND IT!!! It was in a box labeled "work stuff". A box I had already looked through twice but apparently not close enough. I am so excited.

I went to the girls Bible study group tonight with Kara. The girls are nice and I enjoyed myself. We meet in one of those typical "row houses" they have here in Philly. I'm sure you've seen these houses that are smooshed together and all look identical with porches in the front. It's such a weird way to build neighborhoods. Kara said she sees row houses built like this even when there is plenty of land available.

Tomorrow is the beginning of the weekend. I'm hoping it doesn't rain as forecasted (remnants of yet another tropical storm!) so that Kyle and I can enjoy our fun-filled Saturday plans.

Kyle would like to report that we are getting cable installed on Sunday and until then we are watching the Astros on "Squigglyvision" TV.

Check out Kyle's new business cards (or, I guess, school cards??)

Who gets school cards? Fancy.
