Bun is quite active as I write this blog. He's getting stronger and stronger by the day! Kyle and I sit and watch my stomach jump around sometimes. It's quite amazing.
So I have always enjoyed the Food Network. I blogged a lot about it last year but since I've been home I've been able to watch new different people and one of my favorite new FN friends is Paula Deen from Paula's Home Cooking show.

This woman is so hilarious and I don't think she means to be but she just IS. She has this incredibly thick southern accent so I find it amusing to decipher what she says. For example, she'll say: "Bakin' always makes everything better". That was bacon makes everything better not baking (although I'm sure baking makes a lot of people feel good?). Or: "Make sure yer water is ballin, y'all". Ballin=boiling for Paula. But the best is when she tastes her own food at the end of the show. Usually her eyes roll back into her head and especially if she's eating a dessert she'll go into these spazzy facial convulsions. It's so funny I have to laugh out loud because she seems like the sweetest person you might ever meet yet she acts so erratic sometimes. So check out Paula on the Food Network. Now that I've pointed out these little quirks she's sure to teach you some good home cookin' and also make you laugh!

love that woman's accent! I sometimes wish I could be that Southern, but then y'all would probably laugh at me at family gatherings!
