19 Months Makes a Difference

The photo company that took John's newborn pictures at the hospital emailed me recently with an advertisement in an attempt to finally get me to buy that picture---19 months later. I'm sure it's part of their ploy to pull at your heart strings to make you purchase that baby picture now that your "baby" is not so tiny and fresh any more. Nostalgia...

I know labor was rough on me but it looks like it did a number on John too. As my mom points out, I did pray for a "juicy" (read: fat and unwrinkled) baby and I sure got one. He's not so juicy anymore (at least in the weight department) but his kisses sure are! Mama loves you, little man.
